1. Digital Goods Waiver (No Right of Withdrawal)

By purchasing virtual credits on chatkiss.app, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that the digital service and/or virtual goods are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment. Therefore, you expressly waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (or cooling-off period) under applicable consumer protection laws once the transaction is complete and the service has commenced.

2. Consumable Credits (Strictly Non-Refundable)

Virtual Credits are entirely consumable digital items. Once purchased and credited to your account, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether they have been partially used, fully used, or left unused.

3. Irreversible Crypto Transactions

All payments on chatkiss.app are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency. Due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all purchases are final. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any successful cryptocurrency transaction once it has been broadcast to the network.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
